Next Meeting:

Monday, May 14th(6:30 pm)

Just a reminder that the PTA Unit meeting (originally scheduled for Thursday, May 17th) has been rescheduled for Monday, May 14th at 6:30 in the EIS gym.

 

This may be the most important unit meeting of the year because we will:

 

1. Elect next year's PTA officers...the slate will be:

 

President - Marlow Sipes

1st VP/Communications - Rob Wright

2nd VP/Volunteers - Lisa Albers

Treasurer - Chris Rankin

Secretary - Hannah Middlebrook

PTA Delegate - Larry Dormont

 

2. Approve the preliminary budget for next year (to allow the PTA to operate over the summer pending approval of the final 2012 - 2013 budget by the unit in August).

 

3. Determine what to do with our surplus funds.

 

Please make every effort to attend the meeting to ensure maximum member participation and input for those important decisions.
